Patch Notes:

- Added tutorial text to E1M0
- Changed some of the gameplay in E1M0
- Fixed an bug that made the sensitivity slider not work
- Changed doors to open automatically
- Doors now tell you what key they need to be opened
- Visual changes to the visuals of E1M0
- Changed the players walking sound back to the original sound
- Increased the range of the Rifle
- Fixed an issue with the buttons not working on the death screen
